So far, I woke up at 2:45pm, brushed my teeth, messaged a couple friends on facebook, and then ate the following
2 pieces of Alpenmilch Schokolade
2 bowls of Honey Nut Cheerios
and I’m about to have some artichoke and cheese foccacia bread even though I’m lactose intolerant.
So far I’ve done this video by Cassey Ho from Blogilates/POP Pilates, and I still need to run and do whatever ab workout my boyfriend’s doing tonight.
I’ll update with whatever else I’m eating and the further workouts when the day progresses. It’s only 6:30pm.
